The Peak at Edison is a modern event space on the eastern side of Columbus, OH, in Gahanna. It is on the top floor of the event space, with sweeping views across the greater Columbus region. The Columbus city skyline can be seen along the western horizon. Due to the close proximity to the John Glenn Columbus International Airport, airplanes will fly directly overhead, adding some intrigue to the venue. The wedding Reception and Ceremony will occur on the rooftop patio of this event space, with indoor areas and a large wrap-around balcony with accordion doors. There is a large parking lot, elevator access, and modernized/accessible bathrooms.

The other notable feature of this venue is the Edison Brewery (https://www.drinkedison.com/). The Edison Brewery has an extensive list of drinks, a stage for entertainment, local food trucks, and a large beer garden.

Friday September 8th, 2023: Optional house party for those in-town early!

  • Drinks and Pizza provided. Text Sarah (610-737-4187) if attending to ensure enough Pizza is ordered, but drop-ins also welcome.
  • Location: Sarah and Eugene’s House (637 Woodsfield Dr., Columbus, OH 43214). Park on street or in driveway (don’t block other driveways). House within 15 min drive of wedding hotel.
  • Time: 6:00pm start time, drop in/out whenever!

Saturday September 9th, 2023: Rehearsal and dinner for the wedding party and immediate family ONLY – attendance highly encouraged.

  • Location: Forbidden Root Columbus, 2nd Floor (4080 Worth Ave, Columbus, OH 43219). Parking available in several nearby lots and garages. Restaurant within 1 mile of the wedding hotel.
  • Time: 5:30pm start time.

Sunday September 10th, 2023: WEDDING DAY! – itinerary will continue to be updated

  • Location: The Peak at Edison (781 Science Blvd, Gahanna, OH 43230)
  • Times: see below for full itinerary (times subject to change as we finalize the schedule!)
    • 12:00-2:00pm EST (exact times TBD) – Wedding party and immediate family arrival at venue for preparations and photos (before the ceremony!)
    • 2:45pm & 3:15pm EST – Hotel shuttles to the venue
    • 4:00pm EST – Wedding Ceremony upstairs on the 4th floor Balcony
    • 4:30pm EST – Reception starts upstairs on the 4th floor Balcony
    • 6:00-ish pm EST – Dinner, followed by cake and dancing
    • 10:00-11:00pm EST – Event ends, all guests exit venue
    • 9:00 & 10:00pm EST – Hotel shuttles from the venue
    • 11:00pm EST – After party if there’s time/energy? Location TBD

Monday September 11th, 2023: Optional morning brunch for guests who are still in-town.
